PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

 -Parts are individually inspected visually to check edge breaks, burr removal, proper clean up, along with any other part specific features that have been identified as critical.

 -Each Job Traveller is then checked for pre-delivery requirements (i.e.  Heat Treat, Coatings, Final Assembly, etc.)

 

POST-PROCESS INSPECTION

 -Once approved for shipments many parts make there way to the parts washer where they are washed in a mixture of heated water, and a metal rust preventative used to remove residual coolant fluid, and any grinding / honing debris, and to aid in medium to long term indoor storage of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials

-Many parts also receive an additional oil coating that helps with the storage of the part

-Parts are then packaged in proper containers and dunnage before being looked over one final time as shippers are placed in the cargo, and sealed, to make it onto a truck and safetly undamaged to the customer.
